My favorite thing for the week. I love my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. If you don't have one, you should. If you have one, but NEVER use it, then shame on you! I love it. I use it for everything. Well, not everything. I don't use it to make bread. Even though it comes with a dough hook and recipe, I believe that bread dough should be made by hand, lovingly. Call me crazy, but that is how I feel. Today, this lovely mixer whipped up a batch of sugar cookies. Yeah, I will toot my own horn, my cookies are pretty awesome, but today, Emmah made them. You read that post earlier. It was just above this one!!! Anyway, I love my mixer. It is my favorite kitchen gadget!!!

I am going to buy the stainless steel version of this soon, or maybe the red. I've been wanting one forever!!
